    ABDULHAKIM :
    in my opinion, there are alot of people seek money from their jobs, but when they get satisfaction, they will discover that money is not every thing need to be obtained. they will start seeking other things such as: respect, love and luxurous things. so I think money is a motivator in short term, but it does not work to affect people in long term .
